Mario Balotelli isn’t the easiest of horses to tame but AC Milan might have found a way to keep the striker’s antics in check after making him sign an ‘Anti-Scandal’ clause before finalizing his move to San Siro.

According to Football Italia, Balotelli has vowed to cut out on his Smoking, Clubbing, Fancy Haircuts and Social Media activities before putting pen to his season-long loan move to AC Milan. Balotelli’s move to Liverpool turned out to be a disaster as the striker was constantly making headlines for his off-field antics and managed just one league goal in a campaign where he was forced to sit out on the bench for most of the time.

This morning Italian newspaper Corriere della Sera reported the news of the extensive code of conduct the Italian was made to sign ahead of his move to Serie A. Perhaps that was one of the reasons why Balotelli was so mellowed down in his statement after completing latest transfer move. Balotelli said: “It’s time I speak less and do it out on the pitch.”

AC Milan and more importantly their manager Sinisa Mihajlovic’s reputation is on the line here as they have decided to trust Balotelli, who has always been a trouble maker for his team and teammates, however, with the code of conduct as severe as found in Navy and Air force, one thinks that it is about time Balotelli is tamed down and turned in to a player we all have been wanting to see for a long time.
