Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer take top two seeds

World number one Rafael Nadal and defending champion Roger Federer have been seeded first and second for the Australian Open, which means they can only play each other at the Melbourne Park only if they set up a rematch of last year’s final. Federer is paired in the same half as six-time champion Novak Djokovic. Djokovic who is coming off a long injury lay off has been seeded 14th in the year’s opening tournament. Last year’s semi-finalist, Grigor Dimitrov is behind Nadal and Federer and is seeded third.

Both Chelsea and Arsenal will have all to play for at the Emirates stadium in the second leg of the league cup after the first leg ended in a 0-0 draw at the Stamford Bridge. Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger benched both Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez amidst their transfer rumors.

Cameron White recalled to the ODI squad

Australian selectors have recalled, 34-year-old Cameron White to the ODI squad replacing injured Chris Lynn. White last played for Australia in 2015 in an ODI against England.
