South Africa and India will lock horns in the first of the six ODI’s at the Kingsmead stadium in Durban. South Africa have won the toss and have chosen to bat first. Aiden Markram will replace AB De Villiers, who has been ruled out of the first three ODI’s due to a finger injury.

On the other hand, Indian camp has recalled Ajinkya Rahane at the number four position.

Bangladesh vs Sri Lanka, 1st Test, Chittagong:

Bangladesh was bowled out for 513 in the first innings courtesy a brilliant knock by Mominul Haque who scored 176 runs.

Wicketkeeper-batsman Mushfiqur Rahim was the second highest run scorer for the hosts with 92 runs and Mahmadullah who is leading Bangladesh for the first time remained unbeaten on 83.

For Sri Lanka, paceman Suranga Lakmal and left-arm premium spinner Rangana Herath picked up three wickets each. Sri Lanka had a poor start as they lost Karunaratne for nought.

However, Dhananjaya De Silva has steadied the innings along with Kusal Mendis, as the tourists were 187 for one at the time of filing this report with De Silva batting at 104 and Mendis unbeaten at 83.
