India vs Bangladesh

India will face Bangladesh in the second match of the Nidahas Trophy at the R Premadasa stadium. Bangladesh will play their first match in the tri-series, while India have already played one match which they lost to Sri Lanka by five wickets. However, Bangladesh will be without the services of their primary all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan, who has been ruled out of the series due to a finger injury.

Tottenham vs Juventus

Tottenham lost a golden opportunity to qualify for the quarter-final stage of the Champions League despite having a two away goal advantage. Tottenham started the match as favourites and scored the first goal of the match in the 39th minute. But the Italian side refused to give up as the two Argentines in the side Gonzalo Higuain, and Paulo Dybala scored two goals in three minutes to win the match for Juventus.

Manchester City vs Basel

English Premier League leaders Manchester City lost the second leg against Basel but qualified for the quarter-finals on aggregate as they won the match 5-2. Gabriel Jesus scored in the 8th minute on his first start on return. Basel then struck back and equalised in the 17th minute. Despite having just 22% possession in the match, Basel scored the winner in the 71st minute.
