After bringing disgrace to the Australian cricketing culture, former vice-captain David Warner infuriated his teammates further after going ‘rogue,’ to party with his accomplice in the team hotel.
Many devasted teammates went on to report Warner’s action to their bosses, wanting him to be removed from the team hotel.
The prime member of the so-called ‘leadership group’ was seen swilling champagne in a bar of the team hotel based in Cape Town along with friends.

Warner’s teammates looked to take up this issue to the senior officials to prevent a major scuffle between furious players and the former vice-captain, responsible for the stain on the Australian cricket.
According to reports, Warner removed himself from the Whatsapp group after going rogue since the ball-tampering issue broke down.
However, after due investigation, it has been found out that it was Warner who claims the central figure in the ‘Sandpaper Gate.’

The incident at the hotel comes in as a major shock looking at the probability of a life ban on skipper Steve Smith and his deputy David Warner, looming over their head.
Teammates demand Warner be moved out of the team hotel to avoid a major tussle
“Fairfax Media has been told that Smith and Warne, in particular can expect to be sidelined for ‘a stretch of time’. Also, Fairfax reports those close to the combative Australian opener is denying he is the instigator. but there is a growing belief that is not the case,” the report suggested according to Fox Sports.

“Those in the hierarchy at CA have been made aware of suggestions that the vice-captain was the chief conspirator. Smith foolishly agreed Instead. Sources close to Warner, however, deny that he was the instigator,” further read the release.
“Others close to the Australian dressing room are adamant that the blame should not rest with one or two individuals. The whole team and set-up around it should take the fall. Warner has been the team’s primary ball manager on the ground in recent times. but Bancroft, playing in only his eighth Test, took on those duties at Newlands,” concluded the report.
