All-rounder Krunal Pandya, who featured for India A recently, surprised everybody while bowling a bouncer to an England Lions batter during a match of the tri-series which also involved Windies A.

Meanwhile, Shreyas Iyer led-side grabbed the title beating hosts England Lions in the final. India chased down the target with five wickets in hand and ten balls to spare.

India A faced England Lions thrice in the event, including the final and in one of the matches Krunal intentionally bowled a bouncer to a batsman. Such was the pace and bounce that it hurried to the batsman and hit on his elbow.

The left-arm spinner Krunal shared the video of the ball on Twitter and gave a funny caption.

Why should fast bowlers have all the fun?” Pandya tweeted.

Furthermore, young Afghanistan spinner, Rashid Khan came in support of Krunal’s exception. The most important things IPL has done has brought cricketers all over the world closer to each other. The bond they share with one another is exemplary.

Rashid also noted that spinners should work more on bouncers.

Exactly we should work on it,” Rashid wrote on Twitter.

Rashid’s suggestion seemed to have impressed Krunal, as he agreed to it and posted a witty reply, writing:

“@rashidkhan_19, yes we should. But let’s not bowl this to each other.

Deal?

To try out this interesting choice, Rashid suggested a familiar name. The wrist-spinner asked Krunal to try out the exception on his brother Hardik Pandya.

It is when the India all-rounder Pandya jumped in and made the conversation even more interesting. The stylish cricketer accepted the challenge tweeting,

Challenge accepted!
