India’s pack leader Bhuvneshwar Kumar has failed to recover for the final two Test matches against England. Kumar has had back issues in the recent past. Thus, Bhuvneshwar has failed to regain his fitness to be available for the final two Test matches.
Board of Control for Cricket in India had named the Indian squad for the first three Test matches. However, due to his fitness issues, Bhuvneshwar Kumar could not break into the 18-man squad. In fact, Bhuvneshwar had uploaded his gym session video which had raised hopes of his comeback.

Bhuvneshwar Kumar will not make it to the squad.
Meanwhile, as per the Mumbai Mirror, the swing master has not recovered from his back trouble. Thus, he is likely to miss out on the last two matches of the England tour. In fact, BCCI will name the squad for the final two Test matches soon.
However, Jasprit Bumrah has recovered from his thumb injury. Thus, India’s talisman is expected to make the cut into the playing XI of the third Test match at Trent Bridge.
On the other hand, it has been palpable that Bhuvneshwar Kumar’s services have been deeply missed by the Indian team. The Uttar Pradesh fast bowler has the ability to swing the ball both ways.

Furthermore, Kumar has also added speed to his repertoire, which has helped him reaped more fruits.
The source admitted the fact India was not up to the mark, however, the luck was not on India’s side.
“We’ve agreed that we messed up in Lord’s and got outplayed. “But the fact was when we batted the conditions were damp and when we bowled, the weather was sunny. It is not an excuse. But the fact was the luck was not on our side,” the source told Mumbai Mirror.
Meanwhile, India’s batting has let the team down. The third Test match will take place tomorrow at Trent Bridge.
