Pakistan fast bowler Hasan Ali says that they are not only focused on beating India in the upcoming Asia Cup. In fact, Pakistan is focussed to go all the way in Asia Cup 2018.
The two arch-rivals will lock horns on 19 September at Dubai. Pakistan will begin their Asia Cup campaign against Hong Kong, who has qualified for the tournament, on 18 September.
Meanwhile, it is well known that India-Pakistan fixtures bring an extra pressure with itself.

“Our focus not just on India,” Ali said while talking to the media on Thursday. “There are many fixtures in the tournament,” he said.
“This does not mean that we beat India but lose the other matches.”
Hasan Ali also said that he will try to get the better of every batsman he would bowl to in the multi-team tournament. Ali was the star of the show in the Champions Trophy as he was the leading wicket-getter in the coveted competition which Pakistan went on to win.

Meanwhile, India’s captain Virat Kohli will not partake in the forthcoming tournament because of his workload. Hasan Ali said there are no comparisons between him and Kohli. Ali also said that India is a strong side to beat.
“He [Kohli] is a legend and he is our senior. A whole Indian side is a strong unit,” Hasan Ali added.
Pakistan will rely on their fast bowlers to get the better of Indian batsmen. Meanwhile, Indian batting can come under the radar without the services of Virat Kohli.
India is the defending champions of the Asia Cup and would like to go all the way.
