The relation between Bayern Munich and injuries seems to get closer day by day, as two more players, Corentin Tolisso and Rafinha have suffered injuries and set to be out for months.
Tolisso and Rafinha both got injured during Bayern’s league game against Leverkusen.
Tolisso, who scored a goal to pull Bayern back into the game was forced off with the knee injury just before the break. He suffered an ACL tear and is set to be out for several months. While Rafinha faced a brutal challenge from Karim Bellarabi and it was the cause of his injury. The report suggests he suffered ankle ligament damaged and will be out for some weeks.

Bayern Munich president, Uli Hoeness was furious after seeing the tackle and demanded the player should get banned for at least three months. However, Arjen Robben said after the match that the injuries don’t look so good and his side has suffered a massive blow before the Champions League.
“Coco does not look so good. You always have to hope that it is not that bad after all. He’s a good player, and we’ve said that many times. We need all the players, especially in such a phase. That’s very bitter, especially for himself.”
Meanwhile, Bayern is now once again at the top of the table after their 3-1 win over Leverkusen. With three wins in as many games, they have topped Borrusia Dortmund who had two wins in three games.
Bayern Munich will face Benfica this week in their first Champions League match of the season. And in Bundesliga, they will face Schalke next Saturday. It will be interesting to see how the Bundesliga champions cope up after losing two of their vital players.
