The obsession to click a selfie with India skipper Virat Kohli on day one of the ongoing second Test against West Indies has landed a man in legal trouble.
In a desperate attempt to get a glimpse of Kohli from close, the overenthusiastic fan breached security at the stadium. The man identified as 19-year-old Mohammad Khan not only took the selfie but also tried to plant a kiss on the Indian captain’s cheek. Upset with the incident, Kohli tried to avoid the hug before the security officials came running in.

The 29-year old was standing at mid-wicket in the opening session of the first day when the fan ran onto the field and embraced him. But before the man could cause more problems, he was taken off the field by the security personnels.
The umpires soon called the drinks to give the players some time to settle down after the incident. During the drinks break, Kohli was seen having a heated argument with the security.
And the selfie-obsession has now landed him in hot waters. A case has been filed against him as he is slapped with a case of trespassing for his actions.

This was the second time in successive Test matches that a fan has interrupted play to click a selfie with Kohli. In the first Test at Rajkot, not one but two fans had jumped over the boundary hoarding to take a selfie with the Indian cricket superstar. But on that occasion, Kohli had kept his composure and let the fans click some selfies.
