Former Indian skipper MS Dhoni gave a perfect reply to a reporter who asked him about the secret of his coolness. Dhoni is well known for his sedate nature and likes to keep things as simple as he can. Dhoni has taken the best decisions for the Indian cricket while wearing a cool head on his shoulders.
In fact, Dhoni always likes to keep his emotions in check. He hardly shows any expressions whether the team is winning or losing. Thus, MS is regarded as the shrewdest minds in the game and he never gives a glimpse to the opposition to sneak into his mind.
MS Dhoni was at his best again.
When a reporter asked Dhoni, “When the heartbeat of all fans is high, you seem to be cool as a cucumber. Thus you are known as Mr. Cool, is there any mental or physical preparation you do before a match?
Dhoni said in his usual way, “Generally, if there is light, I try to sleep in the fridge, so that I can be cool on the next day”.
Meanwhile, Dhoni is currently out of action as he was dropped from the T20I squad for the ongoing series against Australia. Thus, he is enjoying his time away from the game. However, the right-hander talisman isn’t in the best of forms and would like to return to his best before the World Cup.
The gloveman has failed to live up to expectations with the bat and has found difficult to rotate the strike at regular intervals. The former Indian captain will return to action for the three-match ODI series against Australia. The first ODI between Australia and India will take place on 12 January.
Meanwhile, India will look to keep breathing in the T20I series after losing the first match.
