This season the Barclays Premier League has produced some enthralling results. The less favored sides have exceeded their expectations and are situated in un-familiar territory in the points table on Christmas. Leicester City, Watford and Bournemouth have all impressed so far this season while Chelsea, Liverpool and other big clubs have failed to find any kind of consistency.
Even as the most games this season have produced some shocking results, we decided to bring you the predictions for the Barclays Premier League fixtures on the Boxing Day this weekend:
Stoke City vs Manchester United:
Predicted Score line: 1-0
The Britannia has always been a hard place to visit and Louis van Gaal, with his job on the line will have to deal with the Stoke City side to finally find a victory after 5 winless games.
Liverpool vs Leicester City:
Predicted Score line: 2-1
Jurgen Klopp is now a true part of the Premier League and is already feeling the heat with no victory in the last 4 games in all competitions. This is a great chance to get their confidence back by beating the team at the top of the table at home.
Manchester City vs Sunderland:
Predicted Score line: 3-0
The Citizens were handed a reality check against Arsenal last week and will be hoping to bounce back with a relatively simple fixture against the Black Cats.
Chelsea vs Watford
Predicted Score line: 1-3
Guus Hiddink will be in-charge of his first game as a Chelsea manger after Mourinho was sacked and will face a tricky game against high flying Watford who are high off a 3-0 victory against Liverpool last week.
Southampton vs Arsenal
Predicted Score line: 1-1
After an impressive victory against City, Arsenal will have a tough trip to the St Marys where they will look to extend their consistent run.
AFC Bournemouth vs Crystal Palace
Predicted Score line: 3-3
Two teams who have had a good season so far will go at it for a 6 pointer in the middle of the Premier League table when Eddie Howe’s team will invite Pardew’s Palace on Boxing Day.
Tottenham Hotspur vs Norwich City:
Predicted Score Line: 2-1
After two losses, the Spurs bounced back to beat Southampton last week and will face a simpler test against Norwich City on Boxing Day.
Swansea City vs West Bromwich Albion
Predicted Score Line: 3-2
A manager less Swansea City has looked good in the last few games but has not been able to get results out. They will hope that they can hold it out against the Baggies on Saturday.
Aston Villa vs West Ham United
Predicted Score Line: 0-2
Remi Garde has not really been able to pick the Villa side from the bottom of the table but will have it tough against the Hammers on Saturday.
Newcastle United vs Everton
Predicted Score Line: 1-4
Everton were beaten comprehensively by the Foxes last weekend but will try to get back to the top half of the table when they face the Magpies on the Boxing Day
