The reigning champions Chennai Super Kings will begin their IPL title defence when they will square swords with Royal Challengers Bangalore in front of the jam-packed Chennai crowd in Chepauk.  It has been like a carnival in the training session as the thousands of people have gathered to support their favourite franchise. Australia’s talisman batsman Shane Watson is in fine form. Watson scored 430 runs in the recently concluded Pakistan Super League and he would like to continue his good form.

Suresh Raina

Suresh Raina has been a big player for the CSK. The southpaw batsman had scored 445 runs in the previous season and he would look to keep delivering for the franchise.

MS Dhoni

MS Dhoni had batted at number four position for most of the times in the last season. Dhoni was at his best as he had scored 455 runs in the previous edition of the league.
