The young all-rounder from England Sam Curran is harbouring dream of featuring in the 2019 World Cup. The 20-year-old Curran sees greater chances of Three Lions winnings the twelfth edition of the World Cup. England has done wonders with seniors ruling the roost.
As of now, the promising fast-bowling all-round is plying his trade with Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise King XI Punjab (KXIP).
Sam Curran backs England to lift the 2019 World Cup title:

Curran, who has played a couple of ODI games for England and expressed hosts chances are more while considering their form in the day-long fold.
“Yes definitely. There is amazing one-day cricket being played by England. The way England are playing in ODIs, the chances are bright,” Curran told ToI.
Curran stated Eoin Morgan led side has been a dominant force in the white-ball cricket. While leading the ODI charts, England management has reposed faith in their batting depth.
“England playing at home are a strong side and hope they have better luck in the World Cup,” Curran stated.
The promising prospect Curran has hailed the senior team. He added the talented bunch of cricketers add much to the side.
He also suggested that England should take a single game at a time during the quadrennial event. Also, Curran revealed it would be exciting too England lifting their maiden World Cup.
“England have a bunch of talented players and I wish they carry on the same show in the World Cup. They should take (it) one game at a time and win. It will be amazing if they lift the title in front of the home crowd,” Curran stated.

Meanwhile, Curran reiterated that it’s a dream to represent the country at the top-level cricket. He added he would consider himself lucky to make it to the coveted squad.
“It’s a dream for every player to represent his country in the World Cup. I also want to represent my country in the mega tournament. For now, I am focusing on IPL. I want to give my best,” Curran inferred.
Concurrently, Curran is aiming to excel in the IPL to impress national selection ahead of the upcoming 2019 World Cup.
Curran has featured in nine Tests and two ODIs since June 2018.
