Mumbai Indians will be a confident unit after returning to winning ways against Chennai Super Kings. On the other hand, Sunrisers Hyderabad will be high on confidence as well after coasting to a convincing victory against the Delhi Capitals. They have played some terrific cricket in the tournament so far and are currently at the top of the points table with 3 wins out of 4.

The absence of Kane Williamson has been an issue for Sunrisers Hyderabad in the middle order but the opening duo of David Warner and Jonny Bairstow have almost made up for it with their exceptional batting. Both have scored at a brisk pace and have taken the game away from the opposition.

Meanwhile, Mumbai Indians will look to build on their momentum after winning the big game against Chennai Super Kings. Some of the individual performances were sublime which helped Mumbai Indians stroll to a convincing victory in the end.

With the ball, he took 2 crucial wickets which helped Mumbai defend a par total. His exceptional power hitting abilities make him an asset for any team he plays for. The younger of the Pandya brothers might again be the game changer for the three-time champions.

The Mumbai Indians skipper has looked in good touch in the tournament so far but has failed to convert his starts into big ones. Tomorrow might just be the day when the stylish right-handed batsman gets the big knock under his belt.

There is no doubt about his prowess in the shortest formats and given his talent a big knock should be just around the corner. Before the start of the tournament, he conceded that he will open throughout the tournament which will be a big plus for one of the most successful teams in the league.

Jasprit Bumrah

The lanky speedster has been a game changer for whichever team he plays for. His lethal Yorkers, immaculate slower deliveries and deadly short of length deliveries make him a potent weapon for any skipper to have. He is due for a big performance in the tournament.

Bumrah has not looked at his best. But you can’t take away anything from him as he is the No 1 ODI bowler in the world. Tomorrow might just be the day for senior MI players to stand up and show the way.

Jonny Bairstow
