Aakash Chopra and Shoaib Akhtar was part of the historic India-Pakistan Test series in 2004 when India won a Test series in Pakistan for the first and the only time in their Test history. Aakash Chopra played some vital and gritty knocks for India during his brief Test career. Chopra’s Test career was short lived as he was replaced by other attacking batters.

He played for the Kolkata Knight Riders in the inaugural IPL. Aakash Chopra never managed to make a huge name for himself in the international circuit. However, after his cricketing career, he has been a fairytale story in the commentary box. He is considered one of the most decorated Hindi commentators and has a good fan base all across the globe.
On the other hand, Shoaib Akhtar has also tried his hand at Hindi commentary and the fans have loved hearing his voice. During his heydays, Akhtar was a terror to the opposition batsmen. Now he is trying to cause terror among fellow Hindi commentators with his witty phrases.
Meanwhile coming back to IPL, the 33rd match of the tournament is currently under progress. After batting first, Chennai Super Kings could only muster 132 in their allotted 20 overs. CSK is missing the services of MS Dhoni and Suresh Raina is leading in his absence. Chasing the target, Sunrisers Hyderabad has raced to 36/0 in 3.3 overs when the article was written.
