In the IPL 2019, all eyes would be on an eliminator at Vizag in Visakhapatnam on Wednesday (May 8) night. High-flying Delhi Capitals (DC) are ready to take on timid-looking Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH). Delhi Capitals’ predicted playing XI is not only about the exuberance of youth, but the richness of experience has pushed their case to make it to the playoffs for the first time since 2012.

Shikhar Dhawan:
The southpaw Shikhar Dhawan has been in solid form. He is the leading run scorer for Capitals. Known for playing quickfire innings, Dhawan has overall amassed 486 runs at an average of 37.38.
He is backing himself to continue his supreme show.
Prithvi Shaw:
Prithvi Shaw hasn’t had a season which he has had expected for. The promising youngster got off starts but couldn’t convert them to leave an impact. He would be desperate to shred his poor run.
Shaw has managed to score 292 runs at an average of 20.86.
Shreyas Iyer:
Shreyas Iyer is rated-highly as he has shown character as a leader too. The top-order batsman Iyer has scored 442 runs at an average of 34. Iyer has played some major cameos to win crucial games for his team.
Rishabh Pant:
Rishabh Pant, who struggled in between had made a strong comeback. He is the third overall run scorer for Capitals. The southpaw has a potential to flay any best bowling line-up.

Colin Ingram:

Ishant Sharma:

Trent Boult:
Trent Boult is known for sheer speed, but he hasn’t been up to the mark. However, Boult has got a limited number of opportunities. But, now, he has to fill the void of Rabada, who has been ruled out of the IPL due to a back niggle.

Amit Mishra has the experience on his back. He has bagged nine wickets in as many games. Known for making judicious use of his variations, Mishra is a go-to-bowler for Delhi.
