Masks and face paints have always been a great signature for the wrestlers in professional wrestling. Wrestlers use these things to hide their identities and to scare people too. In this article, we looked at the scariest masks face paints in the history of WWE. Here is the list in details;
Kane – Undoubtedly, the big red machine has always scared children along with the elders with his scary mask. His debut in Badd Blood pay per view event of 1997 was scary as hell. I still remember that night, how it freaked me out. After that, whenever he entered with his scary entrance theme and lightings, he had been a fear factor for everyone.
Undertaker – Kane’s brother The Undertaker has also covered his face under a scary mask in 1995. That mask suited his scary gimmick very well. However, he went back to his normal unmasked attire soon.
Mankind – Mankind has been one of the four different gimmicks of the hardcore legend Mick Foley. Among all four gimmicks, this is the scary one. Yes, it was indeed a very scary gimmick. That mask of Mick Foley was quite scary.
La Parka – Mexican professional wrestler Adolfo Tapia who spent his time in the World Championship Wrestling as La Parka always hid his face under a fearful skeleton mask which indeed was very scary.
Boogeyman – Who can forget this man? The Boogeyman’s gimmick was one of the most disturbing gimmicks in the history of professional wrestling. His face paint suited his gimmick really well.
Sting – Sting’s face paint in his New World Order days was quite scary as well. The face paint suited his mysterious gimmick very well.
The Road Warriors – The Road warriors are arguably the most scary tag team in the history of professional wrestling. Their panicky face paint was really very fearful. Oh what a rush!
Jeff Hardy – Jeff Hardy’s face paints in the later stages started to become quite disturbing. I would rather say, not only they were disturbing, they were pretty scary as well.
Umaga – Late great Umaga had been a dominant power house for a number of years in WWE. He freaked everyone with his scary gimmick and his face paint helped in it pretty good.
Vampiro – Vampiro had been one of the scariest wrestlers throughout the ages. In WCW, Vampiro was a fearful factor. His white face paints made him even scarier.
Papa Shango – The Godfather’s earliest gimmick Papa Shango was really scary. I still remember the expression of the fans while his entrance. His skull face paint was always been a scary factor for everyone.
Doink The Clown – Not every clown makes people laugh, sometimes, they are very dangerous. Late great Doink The Clown was among one of them.
