Continuing his stellar run with the bat in the ongoing ICC World Cup 2019 on Sunday, India vice-captain Rohit Sharma produced another match-winning performance against Pakistan to guide the Men in Blue register a convincing win over their arch-rivals at Old Trafford in Manchester.
The highlight of Sharma’s innings, however, was him replicating a Sachin Tendulkar shot from 2003 World Cup. On the way to his 2nd century of the tournament, Sharma smashed an upper cut off Hasan Ali which was similar to Tendulkar’s famous six off Akhtar during the 2003 World Cup clash between India and Pakistan.

Meanwhile, the International Cricket Council has edited a video to display the duo strokes side by side, which was an eye feast for the fans. Meanwhile, the legendary Sachin Tendulkar comes up with a funny tweet and further highlights a few more similarities.
Digging into his tweet, Sachin Tendulkar quoted that we both are from India and as far as the shot is concerned, we both hail from Mumbai. Further, he went on to show his humour side as well. In between, his fans enjoyed the tweet.
