Yet another day in the ICC World Cup 2019, where the ball dominated the game. However, as always, the Indian skipper Virat Kohli ended up scoring the highest runs for the team. His valuable 72 runs followed by the late blitz helped India team to post a decent total on the board. Meanwhile, Kemar Roach showed his class for Windies with three wickets.
Getting into the details, initially, it was Virat Kohli, who won the toss, opted to bat first. It wasn’t turned out to be a good decision, as Rohit Sharma once again failed to deliver the goods for the team.

Hardik Pandya-MS Dhoni ensured India a good finish:
However, it was Virat Kohli and KL Rahul, who carried the innings by knocking the boundaries when it requires the most. Just when things looked all settled, Jason Holder bowled a peach of the delivery to dismiss KL Rahul.
Despite that Virat Kohli continued his form in the middle alongside Vijay Shankar. Just when India is looking to get the runs, Kemar Roach once again gave the breakthrough by removing Shankar. He was quickly followed by Kedar Jadhav, who nicked it to Shai Hope.

It was once again MS Dhoni and Hardik Pandya, who hung in the middle to put a respectable tally on the board. But, just like Afghanistan game, MS Dhoni once again failed to open up himself to add some quick runs to the total.
On the other hand, Hardik Pandya tried his best to smash runs at a good run rate but Windies bowlers are too good with their line and lengths. In the end, they managed to post runs on the board.

Vijay Shankar scores 14 runs on 19 balls and out to prove that he is the worst player of Indian team. And his selection is the biggest mistake of selectors.#INDvsWI

Rashid Khan had gone for 25 in 4 overs , gave away only 13 in his next 6 and today Fabian Allen had given 34 in 5 overs, only 18 in next 5. Can't be so defensive against the spinners.
