Team India skipper Virat Kohli has posted a photograph on his Twitter handle along with KL Rahul, Washington Sundar, Krunal Pandya, Khaleel Ahmed and Manish Pandey. However, many noticed that Kohli’s limited-overs deputy Rohit Sharma is missing in the picture. Kohli had also captioned the photograph as ‘Miami bound’.

Ahead of their Windies tour, Kohli had attended a press conference alongside head coach Ravi Shastri to talk about the preparations and much more.

Also, during his statement, Kohli had quashed the rumours of a rift between him and Rohit.

Recently, the news broke the internet that says, Rohit had unfollowed Kohli’s wife and Bollywood sensation, Anushka Sharma.

To which, Kohli in his pressed remarked that many are peddling lies. He stated that he has been witnessing it for so long. While rubbishing the rumours, Kohli further cited the reason by saying had it taken place then they would not have been able to be consistent in their respective domains.

Meanwhile, Team India will board Florida-bound flight after reaching Miami. At the Lauderhill Florida, they will play two T20Is against the Caribbean team. Also, they will return to the Caribbean shores for the third and final T20I at Guayana.

Interestingly, with many seeking answer while Rohit hadn’t been in Kohli’s frame, Team India opener Shikhar Dhawan had posted a photograph with his batting partner Rohit.

“All set for West Indies with my partner – The Hit-man!,” the southpaw wrote on his Twitter account.

Meanwhile, the series will run between August 3 and September 3.
