AB de Villiers Will Not Head Tshwane Spartans In Mzansi Super League 2019

Mzansi Super League (MSL) 2019 will start on November this year and teams have been announced on Tuesday (3rd September). Tshwane Spartans have made a big change as AB de Villiers will not lead the team in this tournament. He is given rest from the burden of captaincy.

Under his captaincy, Tshwane Spartans were in second last position in six teams. AB de Villiers was not able to guide the team as the team won only 4 matches out of 10. Spartans coach Mark Boucher has confirmed that the team will find a new captain for the team.
