MS ‘Dhoni’ is currently not with the Indian team but the die-hard fans just cannot keep the former skipper away from the action. The Nagpur crowd went ‘Dhoni’, ‘Dhoni’ in the third T20I against Bangladesh. Meanwhile, Rishabh Pant is having a difficult time behind the stumps in the recent past. Meanwhile, India defeated Bangladesh by 30 runs at Nagpur on Sunday to seal the three-match series 2-1. Bangladesh was close but not close enough to savor series win against India.
Put in to bat first, India posted a par score of 174 runs after half-centuries from Shreyas Iyer and KL Rahul. The hosts’ were able to skittle out Bangladesh on 144 runs.
Subsequently, Deepak Chahar was the pick of the Indian bowlers as he took six wickets for only seven runs. Chahar also took a hat-trick and his figures of 6-7 are now the best bowling figures in the shortest format of the game.
The first Test match between India and Bangladesh will take place at Holkar Cricket Stadium, Indore from 14 November.
