Indian team, Coronavirus, South Africa tour of India

Following the Coronavirus scare, the Indian team was wearing the mask as they were welcomed in the capital of Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow to play the second ODI against South Africa. The first game of the three-match ODI series was abandoned due to rain, without playing a ball, in Dharmashala.

Meanwhile, the Ekana stadium will be empty, with no fan present, while the two teams will play the game. The step is taken to curb the spread of the COVID19. According to the last update, UP has 11 coronavirus cases as of now. So, it is important for the BCCI to take steps to assure the safety of all players.
