Jasprit Bumrah is the leading wicket-taker for the Indian team. Since his debut, he has created a special place in the cricket world with his unique bowling action, pace and accurate bowling. He has been one of the best findings by the Indian team in the past years. Former Australian cricketer Brett Lee also believes that Bumrah is a lethal bowler. However, he opines that the pacer needs to improve some areas in his bowling.
The fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah made the debut in the Indian team in 2016 and is now a regular feature in the team. His best form has been witnessed in the red-ball cricket.
So far, he has played 14 Test matches and snared 68 wickets at an average of 20.3. Interestingly, he has not played a Test fixture in the home ground and all of his wickets came away from home. So, that makes him more special.

Brett Lee on Jasprit Bumrah’s pace:
The Australian legendary cricketer Brett Lee said that the current Indian pace attack led by Jasprit Bumrah is excellent. He further praised the spearhead pace but added that he needs to improve in some areas to get better.
“The current Indian pace attack is very, very good, led by Jasprit Bumrah. He is the guy who can also increase his pace. A few little things…you know he is working on with his action, with shooing with that arm pulling down harder and pulling out straighter. He has really improved his action bit. I am really impressed with the way he bowled in the last couple of years.,” Lee said.

While this year has not been a good start for the 26-year-old after he recovered from the injury. Last year, the pacer sustained a lower back stress fracture because of which he was out from the game for a long time.
