India’s out of favour fast bowler S Sreesanth has picked his all-time ODI XI, in which he selected Sourav Ganguly as the captain of the side. There are five Indian batsmen in Sreesanth’s all-time ODI XI and interestingly he picked himself as the 12th man of the side. Sachin Tendulkar and Sourav Ganguly open the innings for Sreesanth. Tendulkar and Ganguly are the most successful opening pair in the ODI format and scored 8227 runs together. Sachin is the highest run-getter with 18426 runs in 463 matches whereas Ganguly scored 11363 runs in 311 ODI matches.
West Indies’s magician Brian Lara bats at number three for Sreesanth. Lara scored 10405 runs in 299 ODI matches for the Windies. Indian captain Virat Kohli, who is currently the best ODI batsman in the world, bats at number four in the side. Kohli has already scored 11867 runs in 248 ODI matches at 59.33.

S Sreesanth picks five Indian batsmen
AB de Villiers, the former South African captain also makes the cut into the side. The attacking Proteas batsman had scored 9577 runs in 228 ODI matches. Yuvraj Singh, India’s 2011 World Cup hero bats at number six in S Sreesanth’s team. Yuvraj amassed 8701 runs in 304 ODI matches for the Men in Blue.
India’s former skipper MS Dhoni takes the wicket-keeping gloves in the team. Dhoni has accumulated 10773 runs in 350 ODI matches. Jacques Kallis is the main all-rounder of the side as the right-hander gathered 11579 runs in 328 matches whereas he scalped 273 wickets in his One-Day career.

Allan Donald and Glenn McGrath are the two fast bowlers of the side. McGrath scalped 381 wickets in 250 matches whereas Donald snared 272 wickets in 164 ODI matches. Shane Warne is the solitary spinner in S Sreesanth’s side and the leg-spinner scalped 293 wickets in 194 ODI matches.
