Mumbai Indians (MI) Mitchell McClenaghan has been in the quarantine in the UAE. Being bored alone in the hotel room, he took the opportunity to have a conversation with MI’s Director of Cricket Operations Zaheer Khan on Twitter. The former Indian cricketer was also quick to reply to him with a witty answer.
Mumbai Indians in their official Twitter account had started a Q&A round with Zaheer Khan. Mitchell McClenaghan, who has been playing for the franchise for the past five seasons, asked quite a simple question. He inquired when he can come out of his room.
“Hey @ImZaheer when can I come out of my room please?,” Mitchell McClenaghan questioned Zaheer Khan.
To this, former Indian pacer replied that he is sending a fresh quarantine rule book because he has forgotten the protocols.
“Looks like you have misplaced the quarantine rule book, @Mitch_Savage … I am sending you a fresh one,” Zaheer replied.

Mitchell McClenaghan question has also stirred the fans to ask a different question to the New Zealand bowler. One fan asked how is near his room.
“Which 2 players are living on either side of your Room Mitch? And do you talk to them standing in the Balcony?” asked one user.
The speedster provided the full information to the fan although he was also not sure. He added also added that he had made an insect his friend during the ongoing six-day quarantine period and named it Barry.
“I can’t see anyone – although @krunalpandya24 (Krunal Pandya) is 2 floors above me @surya_14kumar (Suryakumar Yadav) 4 floors, and @ImRo45 (Rohit Sharma) a few doors down. I met a fly on my balcony today – I named him Barry.”
Meanwhile, Mumbai Indians and Kolkata Knight Riders franchise are the only two in Abu Dhabi while others are in Dubai. The IPL 2020 fixture is yet to be announced as the league is set to start from 19th September.
