“The Fiend” Bray Wyatt was burnt alive by Randy Orton after he defeated The Fiend in a Firefly Inferno match at the Tables, Ladders, and Chairs PPV event last December. These types of incidents used to be pretty common in the pre-PG era days, but it was pretty shocking to see such an encounter these days.
This feud did not gain much popularity among the WWE fans but this burning alive incident really attracted the fans. Even though it could not be led very well by Alexa Bliss and after her ugly victory over Randy Orton at Fastlane, a lot of fans loathed this feud.
The Current Fiend Is Not Bray Wyatt?
But right now, an interesting fact is viral all over social media that the Fiend that returned at Fastlane is not Bray Wyatt. This is a questionable debate but anyone looks closely at Fastlane’s Fiend, it can be easily noticed that the character the way thinner than Bray. It even looks a little smaller than Bray.
If the guy is not Bray Wyatt then who it could have been?
There is no news of Bray Wyatt picking up any legit injury that WWE has to replace him under the mask with someone else for a while. If this is not Bray, then the storyline must be having some serious change and they might have been preparing some big twist in the tale.
A similar incident took place way back in 2017 when Mickie James revealed to be La Luchadora who was costing Becky Lynch match after match. However, reports suggested that Mickie James was not under the mask every time La Luchadora appeared and the face did not get revealed. Deonna Purrazzo once appeared under the mask as the mentioned character but it was never been revealed officially.
WWE may how the Fiend as Bray Wyatt ultimately, but it is not impossible that someone else is under the mask right now. But it seems like the rumors are true. Because there was no backstage or pre-recorded clip featuring Bray Wyatt this week on Raw which always featured when Bray was present. This is a serious question mark.
Rumours are suggesting that the guy under the Fiend mask is none other than Bray’s real-life brother Bo Dallas. It can be true, Bo is pretty thinner than Bray, and also a little smaller than him in size. And fans have been rooting for Bo Dallas being included in the Bray Wyatt storyline for a long time. Has the time finally arrived? We seriously hope there is a twist in the tale which makes this storyline much more interesting.
