Michelle McCool signed for WWE in 2004 and she made her main roster debut in 2006. From the very beginning of her career, she had been treated like a big star. She did not have a long career in WWE but in a short timed career, she earned two WWE Women’s championships and two WWE Divas championships.
Michelle McCool had a nice fan base because of her stunning looks and also for her great in-ring abilities. She did very well both as a babyface and a heel. Michelle and Layla’s tag team was very famous in their time. The women’s tag team division was not even founded in WWE, but Michelle McCool and Layla’s team became really popular because of their amazing performance.
Michelle McCool Did Not Get Preferences From WWE Because She’s With Undertaker – Layla
Michelle was married to the Undertaker in 2011 and she retired from professional wrestling after that. But since 2018 she gave some sporadic appearances and fans were really impressed by her performances and especially after her appearance on the first-ever women’s Royal Rumble match. She eliminated the highest number of individuals from the Rumble match as well.’
Recently, her on-screen best friend Layla appeared on the Excuse Me Podcast hosted by Vickie Guerrero where she revealed that Michelle did not get much preference because she was with The Undertaker. She said,
“Michele and I got told no many times. It wasn’t like we got what we wanted. It wasn’t like that. I can promise you that. I was there. I’m just going to be really honest about this. Michelle being married to Taker, or his girlfriend I think at the time, eventually their marriage was a little bit after that, people were like, ‘Oh, she’s going to get whatever she wants.’ I was there to witness it. That was not the case.
It had nothing to do with that. If anything, I feel like people were more shunning her than giving her what she wanted and she worked hard. She was like the hardest worker always. She wasn’t lazy like she was just going to sit there. I still feel to this day that’s a stigma that Michelle is going to have to have her whole life and it’s not fair. That’s not true. I was there.”
We seriously hope Michelle McCool will be hired by WWE again because we have her perform and she has very much got it. She is still in excellent shape and we are pretty sure that she is ready for the main event run.
