The former two times WWE champion recently expressed his wish to play Johnny Cage in the next Mortal Kombat sequel. Recently made a tweet regarding this by saying if there is no Johnny Cage in the movie he can fill the gap.
Mortal Kombat has been one of the most groundbreaking franchises in the video game history. The first installment of Mortal Kombat hit the video gaming market in 1992. It started its journey through Arcade, later it was ported to several video gaming consoles including the Super Nintendo, Sega Genesis and more.

It became an instant hit prior to its release. Video game fans loved it because of its high gore level. Today it is nothing special, but back then it was something that video gamers never seen before.
One of the seven original characters from the first Mortal Kombat game from 1992 is Johnny Cage who remained missing from the latest movie installment of the franchise that released last month only.

The Miz expressed his wish to play Johnny Cage in the next movie. Qubool good suit is giving as well since Johnny Cage himself is a Hollywood movie star. The A-Lister recently spoke with TMZ Sports where he said;
Honestly, if I have a shot at it I would definitely want to make sure that I give everything that I possibly can to make sure that not only the production company, the director are happy with the character that I get, but also that the fans because they’re the ones that are so adamant about Johnny Cage being in the movie.

Miz also revealed that he used to love playing Mortal Kombat on Sega Genesis in his childhood;
I remember playing this game when I was a kid. Sega Genesis. I would never play Super Nintendo because it didn’t have the blood. but I always played the Sega Genesis version and I remember playing as Johnny Cage, and to see this kind of all happen, it would be like a dream come true.
