Charlotte Flair and Asuka worked together for the first time in 2018. Asuka was going undefeated at that time. And she came to the main roster from NXT as undefeated. After making her main roster debut she was as dominant as she was in NXT.

Charlotte Flair On Working With Asuka
And it was Asuka’s what defeat in WWE. After this the rivalry between Charlotte Flair and Asuka kept on going, and the fun part is, it is still going on. Of course it comes out with different wrappers every time, but it is really fun to watch these two athletes working together every time.
Right now, the former three time WWE Women’s champion Asuka and the former 9 times WWE women’s Championship player is having another feud, this time this is a three way feud with the current WWE Raw Women’s champion Rhea Riply involved. It is going quite well.

Charlotte Flair recently spoke with the Hindustan Times where she revealed how much she loves working with Asuka. She said;
“I think it has to do with how much I respect her as a performer and as a human. I believe going into WrestleMania 34, Asuka had nothing to prove. She had made a name for herself, traveled all around the world, come from Japan, and had the longest unbeaten streak in WWE history.

“And I felt like if I beat her that would cement my legacy. When we faced off, it was like she had nothing to lose and I had everything to prove. Since last year’s WrestleMania, she has been the MVP of Raw. We feel like we are always shoulder to shoulder. She is one of the greatest I have ever faced.”
