The current WWE Raw Women’s Champion Rhea Ripley recently revealed why she always admired The Miz. Rhea Ripley made her main roster debut just before WrestleMania and won the Raw Women’s Championship at the grandest stage of them all.

Rhea was not taken very seriously when she made her debut on the Mae Young Classic 2017, she could only survive till the second round of the tournament. But as soon as she made her debut on the NXT UK, the huge potential she had was clearly seen.

Since then she kept climbing the ladder of success. Only at the age of 24 the Australian is already a fan favourite. And after conquering NXT UK and NXT, Ripley is finally here in the main roster.

Currently she is going really strong as the WWE Raw Women’s Champion and her feud with Charlotte Flair is quite interesting even if it is a heel vs. heel feud. The involvement of Nikki Cross in this feud made it even more interesting.

Recently Rhea Ripley spoke with the Daily Star where she revealed why she always admired for the two times WWE Champion The Miz. Here is what she had to say;

“He speaks so confidently, and it is something that I have never really been able to do. I have always been a shy kid and I was always terrified of talking in front of people – even talking on the phone, it’s a phobia of mine. I don’t like talking on the phone, so I don’t like talking on the microphone either! Watching him go out there and be so confident and fluent in everything he says – and bringing that snarky, cheeky attitude with him – I really felt drawn to that.”

“Not quite yet, it seems. So I haven’t actually had too many conversations with him! I’ve only really said things in passing, or I’ve tried to say funny things and walk away, I’m [still] just like ‘I can’t do it!”
