Two times WWE Hall of Famer and a former five times WCW World Heavyweight Champion Booker T recently gave his view on who he thinks is the best wrestler in WWE right now. He thinks Roman Reigns is the best wrestler in WWE right now.
The former American football player Roman Reigns is a common name in WWE right now and he is the current WWE Universal champion. In a very short amount of time, he achieved a lot of championships in WWE. From the very first day of his WWE career, he has been taken as a huge deal.
Booker T Gives His Opinion On Who Is The Best Wrestler In WWE Right Now
As soon as he debuted on the main roster WWE wanted him to push him as the face of the promotion. He is the one who have a pic as the wrestler who replaced John Cena as the face of the WWE. And he rightfully did it.
At a time, it seemed like WWE was overpushing him, as a result fans started to hate him but he was actually able to ‘Rise Above Hate’. During the time period he battled leukaemia and came back to action again, even stronger than before.
In his nine year WWE career so far, he won a total number of Five world championships and other titles as well. Currently he is holding the WWE Universal championship and without any doubt he is the main face of the promotion right now.
Booker T recently spoke to Rasslin’ with Brandon F. Walker. Where he gave his view on who he thinks is the best wrestler in WWE right now. He said;
“Roman,” answered Booker T. “But I’ve said that for the last, maybe, three years easy. Roman is the best guy in the business. Just because he’s a guy that goes out and performs at a very, very high level. But everyone that works with Roman, they have their best match [with him]. They come up to another level.
“They may never have a match like that ever again. But when they’re in there with Roman, Roman goes out and does everything he needs to do from a professional’s perspective, from a general perspective, to make everything about the match and give the fans what they want. So, he’s my guy. He’s the number one guy in the business right now.”
