He was also the first wrestler to beat Hulk Hogan at Wrestlemania. He was a huge name in the late 80s and early 90s of WWE. We may not hear the name of Warrior that much anymore but he was actually a huge name back in his time in WWE.
But there has always been an allegation on him that he has been a terrible person to work with in the ring. A lot of wrestlers of that time have always complained that he was not the best person to work with, some even said that he was the worst ever in ring worker.
One match that always get referenced while talking about the Warrior was his match against Triple H at WrestleMania XII. He did not sell the Pedigree of Triple H at all and it was not supposed to happen. Triple H was one of the upcoming stars in the time and it was a terrible look for him.

Warrior was also famous for defeating Hulk Hogan for the first time at WrestleMania. He challenged the Hulkstar at WrestleMania VI for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. Nobody expected that Warrior could come out as the new champion in that night, but Hulk Hogan lost.
WWE Hall of Famer Edge mention this match how shocking it was for him beforr walking on to the main event of Wrestlemania XXIV against The Undertaker. No matter what allegations rise, Warrior will always be a legend of WWE and of professional wrestling.
Honky Tonk Man who is recognised as the longest reigning Intercontinental Champion in the WWE history recently spoke on Stories with Brisco and Bradshaw where he revealed how The Ultimate Warrior hit him so hard once and he taught him a lesson for that. He said;

“He would hit me so hard in the hard and I finally told him. I said, ‘Jim, you just can’t hit me like that.’ I said, ‘I’ll do anything you want out there. I’ll get out there and do the best I can’. But my head was starting to swell like a softball and had gotten mushy. And I said, ‘If you ever hit me like that again, I’m gonna go down and I’m not getting up.’”
“The crowd was into it. He hit me in the side of the head. I went down. He pulled my hair trying to pick me up, and he was pulling my hair like pluckin’ a chicken and dropping my hair. But I would not get up. I clenched to the mat, and he felt the people just die.”
“And I got back to the locker room. I said, ‘Jim, I told you don’t ever hit me like that again.’ He said, ‘I’m so sorry.’ He said, ‘I don’t know.’ He said, ‘I’ll never hit you like that again.’ I said, ‘Well, how’d you feel out there?’ He said, ‘I felt like I was naked in front of all these people.’ He said, ‘They sh*t on me.’”
“I said, ‘Yeah, they did.’ I said, ‘You got to remember, it takes everybody in that ring to work this match.’ And I said, ‘If you hurt me, you’re out there by yourself.’ And so he never hit me like that again. Never ever.”
