In a meaningless match against Bournemouth, Lois Van Gaal has fielded a pretty strong Manchester United starting.
And with the FA Cup final being just four days away, Red Devils fans are unhappy with the Dutchman.
The Sun claims, Manchester United fans had made requests to the Dutchman on Twitter to rest their star players and field a young starting XI, so that their key players don’t get problems in the final due to fatigue.
The match is more or less meaningless, even a draw will secure a place for their Europa League qualification and it means nothing for the Cherries too.
Fans look concerned about the final due to Van Gaal’s decision. His team selection might lead to a huge problem of missing out on the star players in the final due to injury. However, there are many people who support his decision.

Why is he playing the strongest team when there’s nothing to play for & we have the FA Cup Final at the weekend?!?! #MUFCvsAFCB #LVGOUT

Like I said on Sunday LVG has picked a very strong squad and no doubts in build up to FA Cup LVG will use player fatigue as an excuse.

With Fa cup final on Saturday why has LVG gone full out with team selection tonight?

Yet more proof that van Gaal was forced into playing the youngsters. Nothing to do with him choosing them because he had faith in them.

What’s the point in playing a strong team right before the fa cup final? Bet we get a couple of injuries tonight
— Dom (@DomShaw02) May 17, 2016
Why has LVG put a full strength team out in a meaningless game just days before the FA.Cup Final? Absolutely stupid management!

The scenes when Rooney gets Injured clueless LVG
— MUFC EXCLUSIVE NEWS (@MufcinNews) May 17, 2016
Right, who do we think will get injured tonight?
De Gea, Smalling or Martial?
Or all 3?#VanGaalthat
— Howellsey (@RalphieMilne) May 17, 2016
Surely we could have given Martial, Rashford, Smalling a rest. Maybe even let Romero have a run out in case De Gea falls heavily.

only Lvg could play his strongest side in a meaningless game, before a Cup Final. #mufc
