Real Madrid are leading the race for the 15-year-old starlet Endrick Felipe, who is making a name in Brazilian football with Palmeiras. He is yet to feature for the senior side but his performances with an u-20 side have already caught the eyes of Spanish giants Real Madrid and Barcelona. Premier League heavyweights Chelsea, Liverpool, and Manchester United along with Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain are all keeping tabs on the ‘next Neymar’.

Endrick is highly rated at Palmeiras who gave him chance to feature in the Copinha trophy, official u-20 tournament, recently. He played just 90 minutes in five matches but scored 3 goals, including one over-head striker that caught the attention of fans, and video of that goal was trending on social media. He won the Copinha trophy for Palmeiras and also won the best player award despite featuring for 90 minutes only.

He can not play for the senior team in Brazil until he turns up 16 of age which will happen this July. But Palmeiras have included him in the first-team already and Endrick is training with their senior team and has played in-door matches with them. He is capable of playing in any forward position but his best natural role is number ten.

Real Madrid Leading The Race For Endrick But Manchester United Have An Upper Hand:

Endrick has a £14 million release clause in his youth contract with Palmeiras academy. Palmeiras are looking to offer him a professional contract and increase his release clause to more than £30 million once he turns 16 in July. European clubs can not sign Brazilian youngsters below 18 years of age, but multiple clubs have contacted Palmeiras and the player’s families over a pre-agreement deal.

According to a Marca report, La Liga giants Real Madrid are ahead of their rivals for the signature of the next Brazilian superstar. Los Blancos did the same with their star player Vinicius Junior, as he agreed on a pre-agreement deal before turning 18 and joined the club later. Real Madrid paid £15 million than his release clause in 2017, and signed the player in 2018 for a reported fee of £45 million.

Marca reports that the player has received a signed Real Madrid jersey from Vinicius Junior recently, of course, it’s an attempt from Real Madrid. Endrick Felipe is also linked with TFM agency, which Real Madrid have good relations with in the past.

Premier League giants Manchester United are also scouting the young Brazilian and have an upper hand over their rivals. Endrick’s father revealed that Manchester United star Cristiano Ronaldo is his son’s favorite player and trains like the Portuguese legend and even follows his routine to stay fit like him. Manchester United can use Rinaldo to convince the player to sign on a pre-agreement deal if they agree to pay £30 million for the 15-year-old youngster who may or may not be a future star.
