Professional wrestling legend and former two times WWE World Champion AJ Styles who is also a former two times TNA World Heavyweight Champion recently talked about his future in the NXT. He also said that he is enjoying his time in the NXT 2.0.

AJ Styles recently appeared in the NXT 2.0 where he is having a feud with Greyson Waller. Styles had been playing a heel gimmick for quite a long time and his Tag Team with Omos became quite famous among the fans recently. But he fought with Omos recently and it had him turn babyface and Omos remained a heel.

AJ Styles Discusses His NXT Future

Styles had a feud with Omos by whom he was already beaten on Monday Night RAW. It looks like he is not focusing on his feud with Omos anymore and his main concern remained his feud with Greyson Waller in the NXT with whom he is continuing the feud for over a month.

WWE booked a feud between Styles and Greyson Waller for weeks. It finally took place recently on the NXT 2.0 where it was an easy victory for Styles and the match to place on the main event of the show.

Styles also brought back the former Million Dollar Champion LA Knight who was out from action for a number of weeks. It looks like he will be forming a tag team with Styles and he will also have a feud with Greyson Waller.

It also seems like that the former two times WWE World champion will spend some more time in the NXT 2.0, but it has not been confirmed how long he would stay in the NXT and if he would be chasing for any NXT Championship.

Styles is currently 44 but he is quite fit and it is impossible to guess his age without knowing it. Even just a couple of years ago he was being treated as a main event star and he was the face of Friday night Smackdown as long as he was in the blue brand.

But as soon as he got drafted to Monday Night RAW he had been demoted to a mid card role and she has never been treated as a main event star. Maybe it was because of the policy of the way in which they will only push their own homegrown talents.

But according to the recent reports, Styles will receive a main event push once again. And hopefully the push will be given on the main roster. He will not be staying in the NXT for very long as it stands.
