Finn Balor Comments On The Recent Time Away From WWE
But on the same night he picked up and injury and it forced him out of action for quite a long time. After he made his return he could never get his lost push back. He has mostly been treated as a mid card and a lower mid card. He was even given a chance to shine on the NXT once again and he did shine. He won the NXT championship for the second time in his career.
From the recent unfortunate reports, it had been confirmed that Balor will never be pushed to the main events in WWE ever again. It has also been reported that Vince McMahon does not see him as a potential main eventer. It is been believed that a series of injuries made his career more difficult.

But the myths were busted a little bit after he defeated Damian Priest to win the WWE United States championship for the first time in his career. It is one of the prestigious mid card championship of WWE which actually means a lot to the one who is holding the title. Still there is no booking for him at WrestleMania 38. We hope the WWE decides to book him soon for the biggest event of the year.
Finn Balor who is also the inaugural WWE Universal Heavyweight champion and a former Two times WWE NXT champion recently spoke to BT Sport where he talked about his recent time away from WWE. He said;

“I didn’t want to take any time off. I didn’t want to miss any shows. I didn’t need any time off. I wasn’t injured. I didn’t need a rest. Legally, my Visa needed to be renewed and I needed to go home to Ireland and go to the US Embassy to get a new Visa. And that’s why I wasn’t at the Royal Rumble and that’s why I wasn’t there for a month. Everyone’s asking questions, ‘Finn’s not here, Finn’s not there.’
“It was strictly a legal paperwork issue that had to be rectified. It had kind of been pushed and pushed, and pushed on through COVID because we couldn’t travel, and it was… a window opened up and we said, ‘Look, we are going to have to do it eventually, let’s just do it now.
“The time off was taken reluctantly in January to take care of that paperwork but thank God it’s all taken care of now for the next ten years.”
