Lita On Her Match Against Becky Lynch And If She Considers It Her Final Match
After Royal Rumble she returned for one more match as she decided to challenge the WWE SmackDown Women’s champion Becky Lynch for the title at the Elimination Chamber pay per view event. She was already 46 so nobody was expecting a very good match from her. Some fans were even expecting that Becky might have to carry the whole match.
But no such thing happened. Lita delivered an amazing match to answer her critics. It was indeed one of the best matches of the night. They fought for over 12 minutes and near falls after near falls really made the process quite unpredictable during the match. There are rumours of her coming back to action once again, even though not for a permanent basis.

Lita who is a former four times WWE Women’s champion recently spoke to Insight with Chris Van Vliet where she talked about her match against Becky Lynch at the Elimination Chamber pay per view event recently. She also said if she would mind if it turned out to be her final match. She said;
“Yeah, totally. I’ve had these one off appearances since I left my active career, but nothing meaningful. It was things with Heath Slater or the opening match at Evolution. I had fun spots, but nothing big. This just felt different.”

“I think it has been cool and inspiring seeing Edge come back after all that happened with his neck, and he can still go and knows how to engage with the crowd,” Lita shared. It is tempting, but at the same time, I don’t know. I feel conflicted.
“I feel proud of what I did with Becky and everything is good. But at the same time, there is that part that says, ‘Well how much better would it be if I trained for it if the opportunity falls in my lap again?’ But I don’t want to force it.”
“It might happen. Someone might call me out on TV and then I will answer.”
