Former six time WWE Women’s champion Becky Lynch who made history at WrestleMania 35 by featuring on the main event of the show being a woman for the first time recently talked about her mental health status. She recently dropped the WWE Raw Women’s Championship to Bianca Belair at WrestleMania 38.

Becky Lynch had never been portrayed or projected as a potential main event star when she first joined the main roster back in 2015. She was more of a supporting wrestler decide Charlotte Flair and Sasha Banks upon making her debut. She was not the project to be the face of the promotion for quite a time.

Becky Lynch Comments On Her Mental Health

WWE started to push her as the main star of the promotion from 2018. Before that she was just another woman wrestler. In 2019 she won the WWE women’s Royal Rumble match and went on to feature on the main event of WrestleMania 35. She won both the WWE RAW and Smackdown Women’s Championship that night and till now she is the only woman in WWE history to hold both championships at the same time.

After she defeated Shayna Baszler at WrestleMania 36 to retain her WWE Raw Tag Team Championship, she had to leave the WWE because of Maternity. Remind out of action from WWE for nearly one and a half year. At the SummerSlam pay per view event, she made her grand return and won the WWE SmackDown Women’s Championship.

Till then she could not be beaten by anyone and she walked in as the WWE Raw Women’s champion at WrestleMania 38 where she defended the Championship against the former WWE SmackDown Women’s champion Bianca Belair. This is where she lost a match for the first time since her return. Surely she would continue her feud for the title.

She recently dropped the WWE Raw Women’s Championship to Bianca Belair at WrestleMania 38. He said;

“That means the world. And so I think that’s the thing is that we forget how universal those doubts are. And how close overcompensation of confidence can be, to just crippling insecurity, you know? And so we don’t realize that the biggest stars that you see on your TV are doubting themselves and worrying that their stuff isn’t good enough. That they’re not good enough.

“That they’re old news, that they’re has been. It’s a constant battle. And especially when you’re bombarded and we’re all constantly bombarded by so much negativity and doubt. You have to find a way to filter that constantly. And my way of doing it is saying, ‘Oh, they win. They win. If they get me to doubt myself, then they win and they can’t win, cause I’m a winner.’ But yeah, it’s just such a universal thing.”
