Dani Alves to leave FC Barcelona this season

Big transfer news coming from Barcelona, it is Dani Alves the Barcelona right back who has decided to leave the club by this summer. The 33-year-old has been at Barcelona for eight years, since his switch from Sevilla in 2008. The Brazilian wing-back is being very heavily linked with a move to the Italian giants Juventus, but these quotes are from Barcelona sporting director Robert Fernandez, who has publicised Dani Alves’s decision of moving away from the Nou Camp as the defender closes in on a move to Seria-A side Juventus. Now we don’t know for definite where he is going but like Robert said it is a personal decision that the right back has made a decision and everyone should respect that.

Being at Barcelona for eight long years and winning almost everything one could win, involving three Champions Leagues, four Copa Del Rey, and six La Liga titles and also 23 winners’ medals already makes him a Barcelona legend.

The Italian giants Juventus’ director Giuseppe Marotta looked to be “very optimistic” about the signing of Dani Alves earlier this week and now the right back has made up his mind to leave Barcelona- Things are gelling quite well!

Dani Alves has made 89 appearances for his country and has won pretty much everything he could win, however, his time at the Camp Nou is now over!
