This week’s SmackDown started as footage from last week’s SmackDown was shown where the Tag Team championships got unified and The Usos won it by defeating the RK-Bro. After the match the Bloodline beat down RK-Bro really bad.
The WWE Undisputed Tag Team Champions The Usos came out to the arena. First they thanked Roman Reigns for his support. Then they revealed it had been 12 years they were working in WWE, so they thank you the fans for keeping their backs. Then they are promo turned heel as they said that they needed absolutely no one for their success.

Shinsuke Nakamura came out to the arena. He said that he would like to challenge for the Tag Team Championships. And his Tag Team partner was revealed to be Riddle. They attacked Usos and in a short fight, the babyface side came out stronger.
Match 1 – Ronda Rousey vs. Raquel Rodriguez went to a double disqualification
This match was scheduled to be a championship contender’s match but just after the start of the match, Natalya and Shayna Baszler interfered and started beating down both. Ronda and Raquel fought back. Meanwhile, a tag team match has been announced.
Match 2 – Ronda Rousey and Raquel Rodriguez defeated Natalya and Shayna Baszler
This match was booked for around 4 minutes and it was an easy victory for the babyface side. Raquel Rodriguez pinned Shayna Baszler to earn the victory for her side.
Match 3 – Los Lotharios defeated Jinder Mahal and Shanky
WWE is trying something unique with Shanky for the first time. The seven foot tall man suddenly started to look obsessed with dancing. He was late in his entrance because of it. Even after the match he could not stop dancing.
Kevin Owens came out to the arena for the KO show. His guest was his old friend Sami Zayn. They talked about a lot of stuff including the confusion between Elias and Ezekiel. Then Owens tried to make Sami understand that the Bloodline did not care about him. Sami left the arena in anger at the end.
Match 4 – Gunther and Ludwig Kaiser defeated Drew Gulak and Ricochet
This match was booked for three and half minutes and the heel side dominated the most part of the match. At the end of the match, Ludwig Kaiser pinned Drew Gulak with a running kick to the chest.
Backstage Sami Zayn asked the Usos what was his role in the Bloodline? Was he an honorary member? Usos said together he would definitely be an already member. Usos entered the room of theof the Bloodline and Sami Zayn celebrated outside.
Match 5 – Drew McIntyre and The New Day defeated The Brawling Brutes
The partner of New Day was kept a secret throughout the night and at the end it turned out to be Drew McIntyre. It was a little disappointing to be honest. The way they kept it a secret, it looked like it was going to be some returning star. About the match it was booked for around 9 minutes and it was a good match. Xavier Woods pinned Ridge Holland with a Flying Elbow. New Day and Drew celebrated together as this week’s Smackdown went off air.
Overall, it was not a very bad week of Smackdown. But honestly it was quite boring. They try to start some new things. But without the world championship picture these shows are looking weak. There is not even a consistent Intercontinental championship picture. We give it 1 star out of 5.
