The RAW after SummerSlam started as the former six times WWE Women’s champion Becky Lynch came out to the arena. Nearly 3 minute long footage was shown where Becky Lynch was beaten by Bianca Belair at SummerSlam. And after the match, Bayley, Dakota Kai and Io Shirai confronted them.
She talked about her match from SummerSlam and explained how she was push to the limits by Bianca. She said that she was proud of our performance, even though it was not the best of her. She called out Bianca after the arrival of the RAW Women’s Champion the duo showed respect to each other and Becky left the ring. Becky had her one arm injured and it looked serious.

After Becky left, Bianca expressed her respect for Becky Lynch. She explained why her SummerSlam match was so important. Before she could end her promo, it was shown on the big screen that Becky Lynch got attacked by the new team of Bayley and they are targeting her injured arm. Bianca ran towards the spot to save her but the stable was gone.
Two triple threat matches had been organised where the winner from the two matches will fight in a no. 1 contender’s match for the WWE United States Championship. One of the two matches was next.
Match 1 – AJ Styles defeated Mustafa Ali and The Miz
This match was booked for 9 minutes and it was a really good match. Mustafa Ali was extremely impressive in this match which is excellent high flying maneuvers. The other two competitors were impressive as well. At the end, AJ Styles hit the Styles Clash on Mustafa Ali as he put him on the Miz and pinned Mustafa Ali.
Seth Rollins came out to the arena. He talked about her rivalry with Riddle and whatever happened between the duo at SummerSlam. Then he said that he was weighing up for Roman Reigns. The Street Profits interrupted him and ultimately the segment turned into a match between Rollins and Montez Ford.
Match 2 – Seth Rollins defeated Montez Ford
It was an excellent match. It was booked for 10 minutes and it was a pay per view standard match. Both performers were really top of their games.WWE is producing really good matches on weekly shows lately. It shows that there threatened by AEW. Rollins at the end pinned Ford with the Stomp.
Match 3 – Asuka vs. Alexa Bliss went to double disqualification
The match could not continue for long as it was interrupted by the new women’s stable led by Bayley. They were beating down both competitors as Bianca Belair came out to help Asuka and Alexa. Bianca then challenge one of the three in a match tonight.
Match 4 – Ciampa defeated Chad Gable and Dolph Ziggler
This match was booked for 10 and a half minutes and it was also a very good match. It was a competitive match, neither men dominated it and there was no actual favourite to win this match either. Ciampa was the shocking winner of this match who pinned Chad Gable with the Fairy Tale Ending.
Edge came out to the arena. He cut a short promo on the Judgement Day and explained why he created the stable. He said that it was a mistake and now he was going to end the stable. This feud will never be interesting and we will discuss it in another story.
Match 5 – Bianca Belair vs. Iyo Sky went to No Contest
So Io Shirai is now Iyo Sky on RAW. It was a smart decision not to have any winner out of this match. It had been a competitive match and Iyo Sky had been extremely impressive. At the end of the match, as Bayley and Dakota kept on assisting Sky from outside, Alexa Bliss and Asuka came out to stop them. At the end all six women broke into a fight and the match went to a no contest. Maybe a six women tag team match would be scheduled for next week.
Match 6 – No. 1 contender’s match for the WWE United States Championship – Ciampa defeated AJ Styles
It was a shocking outcome. This was perhaps the biggest win in the career of Ciampa. The match was booked for over 10 minutes and AJ dominated the most part of the match. But Miz came to on assisting Ciampa from outside of the ring, and at the match, Ciampa pinned AJ with the Fairy Tale Ending.
Match 7 – WWE Undisputed Tag Team Championship – The Usos defeated The Mysterios to retain
This match was booked for 9 minutes and it was a good man. Even though it was predictable, and honestly, it was a weak choice for the main event. There were better options out there. The Usos picked up the victory over Dominik Mysterio after the 1D finisher.
After the match, the Judgement Day attacked the Mysterios. Edge came out to save them. As he was about to hit the Spear on Finn Balor, Rhea Ripley pushed Dominik and Edge accidentally Speared him. He then chased Finn through the crowd and Damian Priest was nowhere to be seen.
Rhea Ripley kept on laughing outside of the ring and we have got to admit that Rhea has an amazing sinister laugh. Dominik Mysterio struggled inside the ring with his father Rey Mysterio and medical personnel surrounded and Rhea Ripley kept on laughing outside of the ring as this week’s RAW went of air.
Overall, it was not a bad week of Monday Night RAW, just the lack of World Championship segments are making it look so weak. Matches were the biggest plus point of this week which were really good. WWE is trying their best to build the Judgement Day as a stronger force but it is not working. They have field to build it since the departure of Edge. So we do not see this feud going anywhere further.
The new story line that includes Bayley, Dakota Kai and Iyo Sky is quite cool so far. If built well, this stable can be a big deal in the near future. Having Ciampa as the new no. 1 contender for the WWE United States Championship is a good decision as well. We give this week’s RAW 2 stars out 5.
