it seems miseries for Paul Pogba are unending despite quitting Manchester United this summer to make a comeback to Juventus. after his torrid period at Old Trafford which was marred by injuries and controversies, Pogba finally left the club this summer as a free agent for Turin. however after another injury which will keep him sidelined for almost 6 months, the 29-year-old is now entangled in an extortion case.
French authorities are currently investigating a case of extortion from an “organised gang” towards Paul Pogba. amidst the search, reports tell that Paul’s brother, Mathias Pogba is allegedly a member of the gang which tried to commit the crime. However, in a social media post which dropped as a bombshell, Mathias has made some mind-boggling revelations about his brother Paul, PSG superstar Kylian Mbappe and Rafaela Pimenta, further rubbishing the reports.
Mathias accuses Paul Pogba of falsely implicating him in the extortion case involving Kylian Mbappe
Mathias released a video on August 27, threatening Paul Pogba, Kylian Mbappe and Rafaela Pimenta of revealing their secrets. The Juventus midfielder quickly approached the police authorities with an allegation that Mathias was a part of the gang that blackmailed him for €13 million.
According to the threats received by the former Manchester United player, the gang blackmailed him with leaking the information about how he “asked a witch doctor in his family circle to cast a spell on Kylian Mbappe”. However, Paul Pogba has denied such absurd claim from the gang, which he thinks Mathias is a part of.
But Mathias has come out hitting against his brother, further alerting Mbappe of Paul’s “double face”. He said:
“Hahahaha, what I expected to happen has happened: my little brother is finally starting to show his true face. Since it was he who started talking, to lie to the police and who brought out the information, you can’t blame me. Paul, you really wanted to shut me up completely to lie and send me to prison, I suspected it. Now it’s true, my version of the facts actually happened and unlike you, I have enough to prove my words and your lies.
“I’ll tell you again: brother, manipulating people is not good! It’s not about money: You implicated me in spite of myself, I almost died because of you, you left me in a hole and you want to play the innocent one. When everything is said people will see that there is no bigger coward, bigger traitor and bigger hypocrite than you on this earth.
“Kylian [Mbappe], now do you understand? I have no negative feeling towards you, my words are for your good, everything is true and proven, the witch-doctor is known! Sorry about this brother, a so-called Muslim deep in witchcraft, it’s never good to have a hypocrite and a traitor near you.”
Paul Pogba has further reported to the Organized Crime division that he was abducted by the gang at gun-point. The incident reportedly happened in March this year when the midfielder was in Lagny-Sur-Marne. The investigation will now continue with assistance from Paul Pogba as he remains on the treatment table to nurse his knee injury.
