WWE Raw star and a former six times WWE Women’s champion Becky Lynch who is also the winner of the women’s Royal Rumble match of 2019 recently talked about WWE Raw star Rhea Ripley and praised her. She addressed her as the future of the professional wrestling business.
Rhea Ripley was introduced to the WWE Universe as a part of the first ever Mae Young Classic tournament. Later she was given a WWE contract and she started working on the NXT UK brand. She became quite famous in the NXT UK and she won the NXT UK Women’s Championship one time. She was also the inaugural NXT UK Women’s champion.

Soon she was promoted to the original NXT brand and the NXT fans loved her as well. She won the NXT Women’s Championship one time in her short NXT career. In early 2021 she made her main roster debut as a part of Monday Night RAW and directly she went on to challenge Asuka for the WWE Raw Women’s Championship at WrestleMania 37 and she won the title. Her main roster debut was pretty iconic.
Earlier this year, she turned heel as she joined The Judgment Day faction which was the biggest and the baddest faction of Monday Night RAW. She turned out to be the most impressive star of this faction and she resurrected herself through this new gimmick of her. White obviously WWE has big hopes from the 26 year old and she is definitely going to win more championships in the near future. Recently, she won the Women’s Royal Rumble match and is going to main event WrestleMania 39.

Becky Lynch who is also the winner of the women’s Royal Rumble match of 2019 recently spoke to Verge where she talked about WWE Raw Star Rhea Ripley and addressed her as the future of the professional wrestling business. She said;
“I think Rhea is one of the greatest female athletes that we’ve ever seen. I think she’s incredible. She is so young, so full of potential. I look at her and I go ‘well, that’s the future of the business and the business is in good hands.’

“She’s the future but I’m still the present. There can only be one Man around the place. If I have to put her in her place then I’ll put her in her place.”
“Plus she’s hanging around with somebody that I know pretty well. In fact, somebody that taught me nearly everything that I know. There’s an interesting dynamic there because she’s got Finn Bálor in her corner. I’ve known Finn for over 20 years, so it would be interesting to see what side he would take, you know, if push came to shove.”
