Professional wrestling legend and WWE Hall of Famer Kurt Angle who is a former six times World champion in WWE and a former six times TNA Heavyweight Champion of the World recently talked about his time in TNA Wrestling and explained how much he enjoyed it.
Believe it or not, Kurt Angle spent more times in TNA Wrestling than he spent in WWE. Throughout his TNA Wrestling career, he had been treated as a consistent main event star. He is also believed as the biggest star TNA wrestling ever signed and he got the exact same treatment of the biggest star ever of the promotion.

Kurt Angle Discusses His Time In TNA Wrestling
Kurt Angle spent eight years in WWE before joining TNA Wrestling in 2006. Angle spint 1 year in the development territory of WWE before joining the main roster of the promotion. He was elevated to the main event status very early even though he had to work as a mid card talent at the beginning of his WWE career.
Upon joining TNA Wrestling in 2006, Angle made a huge impact as he broke the unbeaten streak of Samoa Joe on his debut match at TNA Genesis pay per view event of 2006. This match clearly showed the status Angle was going to have in TNA Wrestling. He was not only the biggest star of the promotion but the most expensive signing ever as well.

Angle spent more than a decade in TNA Wrestling and there is no doubt in the mind that he elevated the promotion to a really high level. He was one of the biggest reasons behind the success of the promotion during his time. In 2013 he was inducted into the TNA Hall of Fame and in 2016 he left the promotion forever and returned to WWE for a short period of time in 2017.
Kurt Angle who is a former six times TNA Heavyweight Champion of the World recently spoke on his Kurt Angle Show Podcast where he talked about his time in TNA Wrestling and explained how much he enjoyed it. He said;

“I wish that I would have been able to help the company more. I wish that I could have made the company bigger. I did everything I could. Some actions that I took didn’t necessarily help the company. It did hurt the company, like my DUIs and stuff like that, but I always wanted to better the company.
“That’s what my role was in the company. Whether it was wrestling or PR or whatever it was or money, trying to get more money for the company, I’ve always been into making sure that TNA could be the biggest and best company possible.”
