“The Third Test Has Been Moved To Venue Where Ravichandran Ashwin Averages 12.50 With The Ball,” – Saba Karim Hits Back The Australian Media
Former India cricketer Saba Karim took a dig at an Australian media outlet, Fox Cricket after they shared a tweet about Ravichandran Ashwin’s stats in Indore after the third Border-Gavaskar trophy Test was shifted to the city. Ashwin has a very good bowling strike rate in Indore.
Speaking to India News Sports Saba Karim said
“Fox Cricket always tries to do such unnecessary things. They should support their team instead of doing such things. Raising questions about the venue or the opposition team is of no use.
Saba Karim further added that the matches in India are allotted based on rotational policy and also he said that Australian media should avoid these things and should look to sallows their team.
“We all know that the BCCI allots matches based on the rotation policy. The best option would have been Indore, which is why the match has been shifted there.” He further added
The third test was originally scheduled to be played at the Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association (HPCA) and later shifted to Holkar Stadium, Indore.
