Former American football star Pat McAfee who currently works as a professional wrestler and a professional wrestling colour commentator recently discussed his relationship with Nick Khan and talked about it.

Pat McAfee recently worked in a wrestling match at the grandest stage of them all. He had a match with Austin Theory and it was one of the better matches of the event. It was thoroughly entertaining and the involvement of Vince McMahon at the end made the whole segment really special.

Pat McAfee Opens Up On His Relationship With Nick Khan

McAfee arrived in WWE with the hope of having a professional wrestling career. But after having a short run as a wrestler he picked up an injury and started working as a colour commentator. In a very short amount of time he became really famous among the fans which is amazing skills as a colour commentator.

He recently got a match for WrestleMania 38 and that was against one of the biggest future prospects of WWE who was Austin Theory. Throughout the match the fans had his back and they kept on supporting him. He was incredibly brilliant in that match and most of the fans are expecting to having a regular professional wrestling career right now.

He also wrestled in a match against Vince McMahon after he defeated Austin Theory. It was one of the most shocking moments of WrestleMania 38 but it was quite rejoicing as the boss himself got involved in a match physically after over a decade.

McAfee did a good job in this match and he did not get any single offence. We can hope this is not a potential burial for him. He had already shown the entire world of professional wrestling what he was capable of.

“Me and Nick got to know each other really at the end of his run with CAA, before his run at the WWE, but quickly. Whenever I talked about ‘GameDay,’ he got it, he understood it and I think it was a little bit better. I appreciate Nick Khan for everything he’s done for me, and for that.

“They said immediately, Hunter, Nick, and Stephanie at the time said, ‘Rumble, that’s like a perfect time to come back and that’s when people come back. It’s after college football season.’ And I was like, ‘Perfect, I actually need something to keep me in shape.’”
