About the match on Smackdown, it was booked for only three and half minutes and it was an easy win for Shotzi and Natty. Xia Li tapped out to the Sharpshooter of Natalya. After the match, Ronda Rousey and Shayna Baszler appeared to inform that they were also with added to this fatal 4 way match. The fourth team is yet to be announced.
Next up was the official contract signing for the WWE Intercontinental Championship match at WrestleMania 39. Drew McIntyre and Sheamus joined the frame first and they kept on arguing as they accused each other for backstabbing.

Gunther joined the frame later on and after the signing the contract, he started arguing with his WrestleMania 39 opponents as Butch attacked him. Gunther complained about it to Adam Pearce who was present in the ring and he booked a match between the duo which was next on Smackdown.
Match 4 – Gunther defeated Butch
This was the pretty good match and arguably the best match of the night. It was a pretty competitive match and it was booked for seven minutes. Gunther used his alternate finisher to win this match which is the Last Symphony. After the match, Gunther amd Sheamus stood face to face as Drew McIntyre hit the Claymore on Gunther.
Next up was the KO show with Kevin Owens being the host and Sami Zayn was being the guest. It was a really feel good moment to have these two best friends do their own stuff. Kevin Owens also revealed a new t-shirt with KOMania written on the back and WrestleZaynia written on the front side. The Usos crashed the party at the end and they beat down Owens and Zayn and escaped. Owens stood with a steel chair inside the ring and The Usos escaped as this week’s SmackDown went off air.
Overall it was another average week of Friday Night Smackdown. It mostly focused on promoting WrestleMania 39, which definitely should be their first preference right now but once again WWE failed to manage their undercards. Since Triple H got incharge and with the death of the 24/7 Championship, the undercards are terribly managed in WWE.
Thank you Roman Reigns for spending another episode by sleeping in your home. WrestleMania is only one week away, he is on the main event of the show, and all the responsibilities of a promoting the match belongs to the other guy. This is why Roman Reigns needs to drop the titles as soon as possible, no matter he takes break or not.
This week’s SmackDown featured some good matches. There were only four matches but all of them were pretty good. The Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal had been announced, Bobby Lashley is one of the competitors, which is pretty surprising and now it is clear that Bray Wyatt is out of WWE for good. We give this week’s SmackDown 2 out of 5.
