Professional wrestling legend and two times WWE Hall of Famer “The Hitman” Bret Hart who is a former five times WWE World Champion recently revealed that CM Punk was his favorite wrestler and shared massive praise for her.
CM Punk was one of the biggest stars of WWE during the beginning of the PG era. His rivalry with John Cena is considered by many as one of the best rivalries of John Cena and of the promotion as well. He had been one of the most famous stars of the promotion and he had also been a former six times world champion in WWE.

His legendary rivalry with John Cena, his amazing pipe bomb promo and other things made him a huge star. But in early 2014, he decided to take part with WWE as he was not happy with the promotion anymore. Since leaving the promotion he remained out of action for over 7 years. It was a huge loss for the world of professional wrestling.
The fans were badly waiting to see him back in action. The way she was finally granted in mid 2021 as he decided to make his return holding the hands of the newest professional wrestling promotion and the biggest rival of WWE, the AEW. It was a dream come true moment for most of the professional wrestling fans.

Everybody thought he is going to be a huge success in the promotion, he started winning World Championships and having some big feuds as well. But he could not stay happy in the promotion for very long as he got involved in backstage fights with his fellow wrestlers. It looks like his AEW run will be cut short. There are rumours that he might return to WWE soon, there were also rumours that the promotion does not want him anymore. But finally it looks like he is coming back to AEW.

“(CM) Punk is one of my favorite workers in the business ever and I might give him my jersey today if I see him. But, he’s always been one of my most favorite wrestlers.
“It’s fun for me to even imagine (facing Punk). Even if we didn’t do the match, I wish we could just sit down and plan the match, and then animate it or something.”
